Hello, I'm Ian Travers, owner of On Target Fitness. With years of coaching experience, I help people build strength, confidence, and momentum no matter where they're starting from.

As a husband and dad, I understand how busy life gets, so our coaching is structured around real schedules, not perfect ones.

My goal is simple: guide you with the right level of challenge and support so you can stay consistent and keep progressing.

How much does it cost?

The 28 Day Kickstart is £147. That gives you a supported starting point with coaching, structure, and clear direction so you know exactly what to do from day one. You're not paying for access alone - you're investing in a plan and a coaching team that helps you build momentum and confidence.

Do I need to be fit?

Not at all. Many members join feeling unfit, low on confidence, or unsure where to begin. We coach you at your current level, progress things safely, and help you build consistency one step at a time. You don't need to be fit to start - you just need to be ready to begin.

What if I miss sessions?

Life happens and we understand that. Missing a session does not mean you've failed. We help you reset quickly, keep perspective, and get back into routine without guilt. The goal is long-term progress, not perfection.

Will I need equipment?

No. Everything you need is provided at the gym. You can simply show up and focus on your session while we handle the structure and coaching. This keeps things simple and removes the guesswork.

Is this suitable for beginners or older adults?

Yes. Our approach is designed specifically for adults aged 30 to 75, including complete beginners and people returning after time away from training. We focus on strength, mobility, confidence, and sustainable progress so you feel supported from your very first session.

Are you only for people aged 30 and over?

We specialise in training adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond because that's who our coaching style and environment are built for. We are not age-exclusive, but we are culture-protective. If someone under 30 is coachable, respectful, and wants structured small-group training in a supportive space, they can still be a great fit.
