We have 28 sessions available every week at times from 6.30am, 9.15am, 10.15am, and 5pm-8pm on weekdays plus Saturday mornings at 8.30am, 9.30am and 10.30am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week!
The trial is £127, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
If you follow our advice and stick to the program we absolutely guarantee that you'll get impressive results but if, for whatever reason, you do that and don't make progress we'll give you all of your money back.
